To search for specific items in your project, use Citavi's Search feature. For simple searches use Quick search. For more complex searches use Advanced search. In both cases, first click Search.

Enter your search terms and click Search.

Citavi shows you where a search term was found. Click Apply search results as selection to only see and work with the results.

You can now work with the selection containing only the search results. To see all of your references again, click Cancel in the navigation pane or Cancel selection in the status bar. → More Slideshows for Citavi 3
